Meet the Expert
All consultations are provided directly by Dr. Copper Aitken-Palmer, a board-certified specialist and Diplomate of the American College of Zoological Medicine (DACZM).
Dr. Aitken-Palmer possesses extensive expertise across a wide range of species (well beyond pandas and pangolins!), providing in-depth knowledge necessary for complex and unusual cases.
Vet to Vet Services
Single case discussion or basic veterinary questions within with one report. This is a one time fee for a single case report to answer questions and/or give case advice. There is no included case followup. Case follow-up can be done as a single one time follow up case report or changed to be included in subscription. Introductory sale lasts until January 30, 2026
This choice can be a single follow-up or monthly subscription for individual cases that are expected to be long term or chronic. This choice is recommended for sick reptiles especially tortoise species. Pricing is for unlimited questions and follow-up regarding a single patient. Follow-up continues until subscription ends.
